Some odors, especially old smoke, can be reduced a lot but not always removed completely. We’ll be honest about what to expect.

Can you get rid of smoke smell?
We can usually reduce it a lot. Smoke settles into the headliner, seats, carpet and vents, so those get deep cleaned before the odor treatment. Old, heavy smoke may not disappear completely, and we’ll tell you that upfront.
What about pet smells?
Pet odors usually live in the carpet and seat fabric. Cleaning those areas first, then treating them, makes the biggest difference.
Do you use ozone?
Sometimes. Depending on the cause, we use deep cleaning plus treatments such as enzyme cleaners or ozone.
My car smells musty. Is that mold?
It can be. If we see signs of mold, we’ll recommend Car Mold Removal, which starts with an inspection.
Will the smell be completely gone?
Nobody can honestly promise that for every odor. Most smells improve a lot once the source is cleaned and treated, but some, like old smoke, can linger. You’ll know what we think is realistic before we start.
