Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you book or receive a service from Arvos Mobile Detailing LLC. They’re here so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

Services, quotes and pricing
Prices on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on your vehicle’s size and condition and on the service you choose.
- Extra work, such as heavy pet hair or a heavily soiled vehicle, adds to the price. We’ll tell you before we start.
- Drop-off services (ceramic coating, paint correction, mold removal and odor removal) start with a free in-person inspection of about 30 minutes before they can be booked. We’ll text or call to set a time; please arrive on time. The final price is given at the inspection.
- If the vehicle’s condition is different from what was described when you booked, we’ll explain the difference and agree on the price with you before doing the extra work.
Booking, deposits and cancellations
A 30% deposit holds your appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are fully refunded; cancellations within 48 hours are not. If weather moves your appointment, the deposit moves with it.
The full details, including fees, are in our booking, deposit and fee policy, which is part of these terms.
Mobile service: what we need from you
- Access. The keys, access to the vehicle, and enough room to work around it. You don’t need to be there.
- Permission to work at the location. If you live or work somewhere with rules about washing vehicles on site, please check them and let us know when you book.
- Personal items. Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We aren’t responsible for items left in the vehicle.
We bring our own water and power.
Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage
We look over every vehicle before we start. We aren’t responsible for damage or wear that was already there, including:
- Scratches, rock chips, dents, failing or peeling clear coat, and oxidized or faded paint
- Worn, torn, cracked or stained upholstery, leather, carpet and headliners
- Loose, brittle or faded trim, emblems, seals and moldings
Prior repairs and aftermarket parts
Repainted panels, touch-up paint, wraps, films, aftermarket trim and earlier repairs that weren’t done correctly can lift, peel or come loose during normal cleaning. We aren’t responsible when prior faulty repair work fails during a normal detail. If you know of repairs like these, please tell us before we start.
Results we can’t promise
We’ll always be upfront about what to expect, but some things can’t be fully fixed by cleaning:
- Some stains and odors are permanent, especially ones that have set for a long time.
- Scratches that go through the clear coat can be made less noticeable but not removed.
- Mold removal depends on how severe the mold is and what it’s growing on. Some materials may be too far gone to clean.
- Mold comes back if water keeps getting in. Any leak must be properly repaired before mold removal. If it isn’t, or the repair fails or wasn’t done properly, the results aren’t covered.
Ceramic coatings
- Coatings are offered in four levels, rated for 1, 3, 6 or 9 years. Every level coats the painted panels and roof; Levels 2–4 also coat the windshield and the faces of the wheels. A rating is the coating’s rated protection period, not a guarantee. How long it lasts depends on proper washing and care.
- Every level includes machine polishing before the coating goes on: a paint enhancement (Level 1), a one-step polish (Levels 2 and 3) or a two-step correction (Level 4). A two-step correction can be added to Levels 2 and 3 for an additional price.
- A coating makes paint easier to clean and adds gloss. It doesn’t prevent rock chips, scratches or dents.
- After the coating, keep the vehicle dry for the first 24 hours and don’t wash it for the first 7 days.
- Coated vehicles still need regular, gentle washing.
Our 5-day guarantee
If we missed anything that’s part of the service you booked, tell us within 5 days and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. Text or call (804) 220-0744 with a description, and photos if you can. Concerns raised after 5 days aren’t covered.
What it doesn’t cover
- Dirt, dust, pollen, water spots or bird droppings that land after we finish. Driving and weather start the clock over.
- New spills, pet hair or messes made after the service.
- Stains, odors or paint defects we told you may not fully come out.
- Pre-existing damage and wear (see Vehicle condition).
- Work that wasn’t part of the service you booked, like stain removal on a service or package without a shampoo.
- Mold removal on a vehicle whose leak wasn’t repaired, or wasn’t repaired properly.
Payment
The balance is due when the work is done and you’ve had the chance to review it. If you weren’t there, we send photos of the finished work first. Accepted payment methods and late-payment terms are listed in our booking, deposit and fee policy.
Photos of your vehicle
We may photograph your vehicle before, during and after service. Photos are used to record its condition and show you the results, and may also be used for, but are not limited to, social media, our website, advertising and other marketing materials.
Limits of our liability
To the extent Virginia law allows, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle. If you believe we damaged your vehicle, tell us as soon as possible and within 5 days of the service, so we can look at it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Chesterfield County, Virginia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you booked apply to that appointment.
