This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we use it to quote, schedule and do your detail, and we don’t sell it.

Who we are
Arvos Mobile Detailing LLC is a mobile and drop-off auto detailing business serving Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico and Midlothian, Virginia. You can reach us at (804) 220-0744 or arvosdetailing@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote
Your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), how you’d like us to contact you, the year, make, model and size of each vehicle (up to 4), each one’s condition and the services you’re interested in, your area, the days that work best, anything you write in the details boxes, and up to 5 photos if you add them.
Photos are made smaller in your browser before they’re sent. They come to us attached to the quote email and aren’t stored on our website. Your browser also remembers the vehicle size you picked, on that device only, so prices show for it next time.
The lists of models come from the U.S. government’s public vehicle database (NHTSA). Our server looks them up using only the year and make you pick; nothing about you is sent.
When you book or pay
Online booking runs through Urable, our booking system, which collects the details needed for your appointment. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; this website never sees or stores your card number.
When you call, text or email us
Your messages and contact details, and any photos you send us of your vehicle.
During your service
Photos of your vehicle before, during and after the work.
Automatically, when you visit
- Our website runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time) to deliver and protect the site.
- To block spam, the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a short, usually invisible check in your browser when you send the form. It also keeps a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address for up to a day so it can limit repeated submissions.
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
- If you pick a vehicle size on our price list, your browser remembers it on your device. That stays in your browser; it isn’t sent to us.
We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your quote request and schedule your appointment
- To do the work, send you photos and updates, and take payment
- To show our work: photos of vehicles we’ve detailed may be used on social media, our website, advertising and other marketing materials, as described in our Terms & Conditions
- To send appointment reminders and, if you’re a customer, occasional messages about future service. You can opt out at any time; reply STOP to any text.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Content from other companies
Some parts of our website load content from other companies. Your browser connects to them directly, and their privacy policies apply:
- Google: our Google reviews and reviewers’ profile pictures, and links to our Google profile
- Instagram (Meta): photos from our Instagram feed
- Cloudflare: the Turnstile spam check on the quote form
- Urable: our online booking pages
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, booking records and messages for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Spam-protection data is kept only briefly.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of reminder and follow-up texts by replying STOP, or tell us by phone or email.
- Clear the vehicle size your browser remembers by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the quote form is protected against spam and misuse. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy if our practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
